When we first started the company a few years ago, there was nothing like invisibobble in retail stores or in salons, and invisibobble was able to enjoy a successful start. However, the high demand and popularity of these spiral-shaped hairrings has unfortunately led to the increased production of similar counterfeit hairrings.

We have noticed that the issue is most prominent in auction sites and small web-shops, and therefore warn customers not to buy from unauthorized sellers. We are proud to find that since our international launch in 2013 we can be found in over 70 countries. It is for this reason that we also make sure to watch out for known replicas and to protect our brand name with our strong online team.

It is our mission to find the producers of such replicas and find long term solutions for the prevalent problem of counterfeits, but customers should also be aware of a few things when buying spiral-shaped hairrings:

Does the price seem too good to be true? Then that is probably exactly the case. Be wary of very low prices!
